A YEAR IN PRAYER    "Using God's Word to pray"

When you hear or see the word CHURCH, do you think of a building or an assembly of believers in Christ?

Who is missing in the C H_ _ C H of Christ? Well, if you haven’t repented of your sins and placed your faith in the Son of God, then, U R!

Ought we not, the believers in Christ who currently don’t suffer persecution, imprisonment, and torment, pray for the brethren elsewhere whose lives are threatened for the name of Christ?

DAY # 329

TODAY’S REQUEST:

PRAYING FOR THE CHURCH

Ezra 10:1 Now while Ezra was praying, and while he was confessing, weeping, and bowing down before the house of God, a very large assembly of men, women, and children gathered to him from Israel; for the people wept very bitterly.
Matthew 16:18 "And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
Acts 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the church and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.
Acts 12:1 Now about that time Herod the king stretched out his hand to harass some from the church.
Acts 14:22 strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, "We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God."
Acts 9:31 Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied.
Acts 16:5 So the churches were strengthened in the faith, and increased in number daily.
